How important is height for a female in a management career? - petite career wear

I am a 5'3 100 small Pd. female. I read articles that height is important when you are in management positions because the people you have to be longer taken seriously. I think that goes into a career in marketing, public relations, marketing or business management. Does it hurt to get the respect and authority, if I'm short and small? The size is important for people to high office? While I'm smart and confident care they at my size? Can short, small women always manage to this career?

A no definitive perceived. Knowledge and experience in the field of effort, personality, speak publicly and to the people you surround you with the spirit is the key. Oh yes, Dress for Success.

I do not suppose the perception of height. If we are to accept what you use as an excuse if we take the first place (if any) of failure.

My wife, when she still lived 5'4. He distinguished himself in management. is a high income in Figure 5 and was to what I have attributed to have said. What originally had the impression that the height, but deserves every success and my breathing has the confidence that with the advances coming, and thousands of friends and schools, etc.

It may be to your advantage to be a bit short of time you are charming, very firm, very intelligent, and you can speak with eloquence. Add to your character, and one thing that is important for career management, remains unforgettable. Assertiveness almost to the point of attack will be very important, but.

No way! Size means nothing. This kind of nonsense, especially when the hierarchy at the expense of talent. Key qualities for leaders today is the ability to build relationships and networks to communicate and inspire and lead to doing the striving for better ways to things. To develop your own brand, its strengths in the head.

I wish all the best!

Its size and size can be a real advantage. We need a Vice President that is small and about 5 meters high, can be cured. When she speaks everyone listens. That is what is between the ears that counts.

Best of luck, well you are doing.
